Sitting on the ledge of the castle, lonely

A man looks over the valley of his prized town

Winding gravel roads ride over the poor of the city

 

With three rings on each finger, and a cape that was always down:

A royal message, only the royalty provide

His sparkling crown, the envy of the clown

 

His speech came across the golden bricks he didn’t pave,

And delivered trembling fright

He couldn’t speak, but merely sound
